I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I planned on using Once Upon a Time for daycare for my daughter. However our pediatrician was concerned about allergies and strongly advised me not to have my child attend a facility with rabbits. I even rehomed our dog. I told the director more than a month in advance and kindly asked for my $300 deposit back and she refused. She had zero compassion or understanding. I don't recommend this daycare. I found a better daycare that offered more for my child at a lower cost.

Once Upon A Time Development Center is a state licensed early childhood educational facility focusing on the education and development of children. We offer care for children ages 6 weeks through school age. At Once Upon A Time, we believe that each child is an individual with his or her own ideas, likes and dislikes. We celebrate this diversity by implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum in which children are encouraged to develop social skills, work well with peers in small groups and make choices about his or her day.
