My youngest ( 1yr old) started at this learning center last august. Everything was fine at first, I was a little skeptical at first because they would not allow me to go in and view the facility before I chose to take my daughter there because of “covid restrictions”. Understandable. A couple weeks after my daughter started going there I would request daily reports (they said that they do actually do those) I received a total of 4 THE ENTIRE 7 months she was there Monday- Friday. I requested multiple times for all of her things to be sent home with her at the end of the day, 80% of the time I had to have them go back inside to grab something (blanket, cup, shoes, etc) I said it multiple times after that and still same results. BTW NO PARENTS ARE ABLE TO GO INTO THE BUILDING. Every time you pick up and drop off you HAVE to stand OUTSIDE, no matter the weather.
I picked up my 1 yr old one day, they closed the door and I noticed she had a cut lip and bruise on her forehead that was not there before. I rang the doorbell and they answered and said “oh yeah I forgot, she was running and fell” DID NOT CALL ME, DID NOT TELL ME. I HAD TO ASK MYSELF. Almost every day she would come home with a VERY FULL diaper & soiled clothes from them not changing her diaper. She would come home with the same drink in her cup that i personally put in the morning of. WAS SHE NOT DRINKING, no, they told me they have a lot of cups that they use for all children. UM NO, i do not care how many time that thing is sanitized. I DONT WANT MY DAUGHTER DRINKING AFTER OTHER CHILDREN.
My 4 yr old daughter started in November: I figured she is older and definitely communicate better about her surroundings. Well, not even a month into her being there she comes home with a BIG bite on her hand. A little boy had bit her and THEY DIDNT CALL ME. THEY WAITED UNTIL I PICKED HER UP TO TELL ME. When I picked her up they said that the next day they would have a report written up about the situation for both parents to sign, next day came. NOTHING. I asked about it and she laughed it off saying that she would get to it because she was busy, understandable. I continued asking from then on & still never received the report.
Long story short, there was always something with them. They are not trustworthy and they favor children like no other. I took my children out & they’re so much happier every day.
