I don't like writing reviews, but I want to let other parents know what I experienced on my sons first day at this facility. My experience with this daycare was not the best. The owner is so nice I will say that, but we just moved here from another state and on the first day of daycare for my 18 month old I found out that if I drop off my son early he will be in a high chair for hours until he goes to class at 9am. My schedule is very early due to my other children needing to go to school so that means he would be in a high chair for over two hours. The morning of drop off for his first day I decided to fill out the necessary paperwork out in my car and before turning in the paper work I paid the fee of $45 and the $165 for the week and before going inside to turn in the paperwork I decided to check on him and I walked in to seeing him sleeping in his high chair and that completely broke my heart and I decided to grab my son and just take him with me. I refuse to leave my child in a high chair for hours until it's class time. I can't do that to my son. He doesn't deserve that. I then received a call from the daycare but was unable to answer and then an email asking me what happened and I responded and explained why I decided to look elsewhere and I also asked about a refund since my son wasn't there for longer than 1 hour 1/2 and I got no response. It's very disappointing that I will not get a refund, but if they need the money that badly then they can keep it. I will not let my child suffer and he's worth way MORE then any money loss.
I would never recommend this daycare facility to anyone. This was my experience with this facility. There is way better daycare facilities around Killeen that will attend to your child's needs!
