Early Harvest Christian Learning

I read the review from Brianna Shaver, who happens to be my best friend and I recommended her to Early Harvest. The owner of this daycare is a wonderful caring person. The statements made by Ms. Shaver are similar to Donald Trump's statement about the counting of the American Ballots, they're all lies. Ms. Shaver's children were treated with kindness and genuine love, everyday that she picked up her kid's they were happy and always looked forward to returning back to Early Harvest. The problem started on January 13, 2021, in the billing department when it was discovered that Ms. Shaver presented financial information that was not confirmed by the State of Michigan DHS Child Care. After this information was known, Ms. Turnley (owner) ask Ms. Shaver if she could pay $200 to continue child care until a DHS approval letter was received, Ms. Shaver responded I do not pay for childcare the State pays, Ms. Turnley told her the state only pays a % and until she receives the letter to see what that amount would be she could not accurately bill for her co-pays, her children could not attend childcare. Ms. Shaver refuse to work with Ms. Turnley and proceeded to tell her children to grab their coats, and she left the center screaming and cussing. On January 14, 2021, Ms. Turnley receives a threatening phone call from Ms. Shaver inciting to burn down the daycare and beat her (a**) in the parking lot when she comes out, the daycare throughout the day receives continuous phone calls disrupting the atmosphere of the daycare. Immediately the Detroit Police were called and the proper steps were pursued to keep the health & safety of the center. I think this is so sad, especially when Early Harvest is the only center that starts it's a day off with the "Pledge Alliance To The Flag, a Bible Scripture, and the Jesus Loves the Little Children Song. My name is Brittany McFarlin, and Brianna Shaver is my best friend, and I feel partially the blame for recommending her to Early Harvest, and Briann knows my whole family she even calls my Grandmother,( Mama) who has known Brianna for years and has given us both spiritual guidance on living a Christian Life and taking care of our children. Anna Turnley is very violent she hit me, shoved me, called me a bit**, told me to get my a** the Fu** out in front of young children and put me out of her daycare she knocked a chair over on my 2 year old son. She proclaimed to be a christian and was cursing and swearing around my 4 children. I believe she abuses her grandson Genesis. She assaulted me over daycare payments and harassed me over 200 dollars after my kids being in her center for 3 days and agreeing to wait on Dhs payment. She is very unprofessional and does not deserve a license. I would not recommend anyone to put their kids in this center because they could potentially be in great danger.
