St Paul's Lutheran Early Childhood Center

I cannot say enough GREAT things about St. Paul's Lutheran Early Childhood Center!!! As a past employee who worked there for almost 4 years, I can honestly say working there was one of my greatest privileges because I had such an amazing experience! If it wasn't for starting a rigorous graduate school program, I would for sure still be there. Leaving was so hard because I loved being there so much! The director is exceptional and works to the greatest of her abilities to make all students, families and staff feel welcome. Many who work at SPLECC are veteran teachers and/or have a professional background in early childhood education. When I worked at SPLECC, I was ALWAYS listened to, understood and supported by every single member of the team. I was also a college student throughout the time I spent working at SPLECC, and everyone there was very accommodating to my school schedule and encouraged me throughout my entire educational journey. The teachers at SPLECC are very loving and creative, fostering an inclusive environment that is both fun and safe for children to learn and grow in. I really can't imagine a better childcare center other than SPLECC!

This is a horrible facility. They don’t take good care of the children. They push high expectations and hold faith above these children’s head teaching them false ideals about God and sin. The director is horrible to employees and children alike. Making them feel stupid, problematic, or less then. I think there are plenty of other amazing daycares you could take your children too.
