They don't let certain employees take doctors appointment, or sick days. The boss/ directors play favorites. And let certain employees take days off whenever
The providers never seem to know what was going on with the children. I hardly ever received a daily sheet letting me know when my child ate, if he napped, last diaper change, etc. On several occasions I would stop by unannounced and caught the providers all standing in the office which meant that no one was in the rooms supervising the children. There were occasions that I had found a mark on my child and when I would question what happened to him no one seemed to know. I saw them out of ratio, propping baby bottles, leaving babies crying in the cribs, having toddlers in cribs that were way too big to be in a crib. I asked for the codes to their cameras in numerous occasions and just kept getting the run around on why I couldn't ever getting the information. I witnessed the managers grandchildren being horribly mean to other children and the providers just watched it happen. This place was seriously like a couple of teenagers were running it. The providers would talk negatively about each other and even about the parents. Not a place that I would recommend putting my dog.
agree very bad place took my baby out as well, bottles were propped in small infants mouths and someone was always crying and not comofoted
After taking a tour of this daycare I decided to enroll my child. Over the course of a month I realized that my baby was not doing any of the things they said they would. Every day when I would pick him up he would be on the floor with no toys and the teachers were sitting in chairs talking. When I asked about this they told me they sanitized the toys and that is why they did not have any on the floor. As time went on they would not make a sheet telling me what my baby had eaten or slept throughout the day, which they said they always did. The teachers never knew what he had done. My child got bit on several occasions and one time I did not even receive an incident report and the teacher did not tell me. I found the bite and had to ask about it the next morning. They made excuses for the teacher. Overall a very lazy environment. Very little interaction with the kids and not safe in my opinion.
