I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I have been going to this daycare for almost 2 yrs I believe, give or take a couple of months. My grandson attends this facility, loves it, loves his classmates, loves his teachers, loves all the staff and the Director and Asst Director. I am always popping in or surprising him on any day to pick him up and the Director and Assistant Director have been nothing but nice, cordial, friendly and welcoming, and that goes for any staff I meet just going to his classroom or waving through the glass. I am sorry but maybe I’m missing something but as an African American woman and grandmother of an African American toddler I have not seen my child or any others treated differently. All the children get along well. Of course kids will be kids but even a child having a bad day is helped even when I think they should “go!” Lol Seriously it’s a wonderful place for a child to develop, learn, create friendships and grow!! Put it this way, there are times my grandson wants to stay instead of go with me. He says, “grandma you still my dude, but I’m staying!” And I wait lol. Go see for yourself!! I’m an Army Veteran my Oath is my Word!

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

After reading a review that slandered the Director, Assistant Director and the Kitchen Manager, I felt compelled to write a review. I absolutely love that this center has 3 teachers in each classroom, they are all diverse and the center also has a wonderful male teacher. I know for a fact that the Director and the Assistant Director both come from multi-cultural families themselves. My family has been a part of Pleasant Grove Child Development center for many years through multiple children attending. I also have family members whose children have attended the center for years as well. This center is very highly recommended throughout the community. The thing that amazes me the most is that during the Covid-19 pandemic they never shut their doors. They risk their lives daily so that parents like myself can go to work. The Director tries to protect the staff and children and has a strict health policy to protect all those in the building. The kitchen manger is loved by all the children and families. The children call her name constantly. MY children love the food and have never once been sick from it. When the parents were able to come into the building, you could smell the love and the children were greeted by the kitchen manager as well as others. The Director, Assistant Director and others greet the children daily while walking up and down the halls. I am greeted every morning and afternoon by a diverse staff and wonderful administrators. These administrator are the most loving, caring, nurturing and NON-RACIAL individuals that you could ever meet. These administrators treat EVERY CHILD at this center the exact same. I would not have my children at any other center than Pleasant Grove Child Development Center

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

This center is very racist to black families be ware the director and assistant director does not care about the families they rather have white children that black children . This daycare will make you loose your job if you do not have outside backup for your child I have a child who is always being sent home every week I mean every week saying that the child is sick when nothing is wrong with my child absolutely nothing their childcare food makes my son sick to his stomach The director and assistant director does not care in what goes on in the classrooms so much negative comments comes from his teachers in stead of positive feedback about my child Will not recommend this daycare
