I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Little Steps took care of my child for 2 years providing exceptional service and conforming to our little ones needs. Our child’s physical and speech therapist constantly praised the exceptional progress he was making due mostly to Little Steps following his care plans. In addition or son had food allergies which were handled with the upmost care. The owner was very easy to work with and we felt our child was in the best hands possible as this quaint in home daycare only had a handful of kids and the owner as well as a qualified helper there at all times attending to the children. Thanks Little Steps

This place was a nightmare and I wish I had never taken my child there. When I started to press for more communication from them as far as how/what my child was doing during the day, I was promptly told that I'm not welcome there any longer.

If you want your child parked in front of a TV all day, strapped into a swing or laying alone on the floor, this place is for you. The owner sits and watches TV all day too while her helper does all of the work. Neglectful childcare at its best.. Please, please stay away if you care anything about your childs wellbeing.

Date: Jul 07, 2020 These two reviews are from the same person who is having a fit because I chose not to take care of her child. She was bringing her child sick to the daycare and some parents can’t handle having their child sent home. How do they expect us to care for the other children when they are having diarrhea over and over again throughout the day where it is coming out of their diaper all over their body and the reason is teething or a formula change. I am looking out for the other children who could possibly get sick from a virus. I don’t contact the parents until the second time it happens. My employee complained how this parent harassed her about a sock that was missing. She was making her look for it while she was still caring for other children instead of waiting until the next day where it would of been found. She also makes bad reviews on other businesses so she makes a habit of tearing up any business where something doesn’t go her way. I had her child in a baby bouncer approved by the state and she calls it being strapped in. There are toys on the bouncer and her child wasn’t even at a point where he could even hit the toys that were hanging. That is what I informed her when she said he wasn’t playing with books. They all have tummy time through the day along with songs and outside play. I consider myself a great daycare provider. All the children I watch love me and I am still friends with the parents of children I even cared for 20 years ago. I am overprotective, change diapers probably more than needed, make sure the children eat well and give my daycare children lots of love and attention. At the end of the day as parents pick up we have programs with children’s songs on the TV so the children don’t get upset when other children start being picked up. The state approves TV and I don’t even have it on as what is even allowed. PLEASE CHECK MY WEBSITE at littlesteps123abc.weebly.com
