Little Steps took care of my child for 2 years providing exceptional service and conforming to our little ones needs. Our child’s physical and speech therapist constantly praised the exceptional progress he was making due mostly to Little Steps following his care plans. In addition or son had food allergies which were handled with the upmost care. The owner was very easy to work with and we felt our child was in the best hands possible as this quaint in home daycare only had a handful of kids and the owner as well as a qualified helper there at all times attending to the children. This place was a nightmare and I wish I had never taken my child there. When I started to press for more communication from them as far as how/what my child was doing during the day, I was promptly told that I'm not welcome there any longer.
If you want your child parked in front of a TV all day, strapped into a swing or laying alone on the floor, this place is for you. The owner sits and watches TV all day too while her helper does all of the work. Neglectful childcare at its best.. Please, please stay away if you care anything about your childs wellbeing.
