I have used this provider for less than 6 months

The director is very unprofessional. Called my phone 2 days in a row bc my son wasn’t sleeping during naptime and asked me to come get him bc he was “wearing her staff out”. My son had just started and only been there for 10 days so he had not enough time to get adjusted to this 2 hour naptime. When I arrived the staff were simply sitting in the classrooms texting on the phones so how dare they be worn out when that’s what they were getting paid to do. The staff were never the same. One shift in the morning and in the evening it was a different teacher in my son’s classroom every other day. I will not be returning ever again.
