HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. The daycare is over priced, over crowded and under staffed. The owner is money hungry and does not care about the children.

Hello! I apologize for the extremely late response to this rating (I do not always check this page) I am not sure who posted this review, but it must be someone who is jealous of my daycare because I did not and do not have any issues with any of my parents whose children attend my daycare, and also because they wrote this review as anonymous. However, I would like to clarify.. 1. My prices are based on other daycares around the area, and if my prices are high for a parent, I am more than willing to negotiate with them, It was never an issue before and it will not be an issue in the future. 2. My daycare is never crowded! I can have a max amount of 16 kids but I chose to never go past 11 children. I have a large living room & enclosed private backyard, so ALL of my kids can run around, play and just be themselves. I never once heard anyone say It’s crowded. 3. If my daycare is anything, it’s OverStaffed. 75% of the time, there is 3 adults at ALL times with these children (Myself and 2 Assistants) and when my husband comes home at 2pm, he’s the 4th adult/assistant in the house. According to the NYS childcare ratio, I can have 2 adults for 16 kids (4 kids are after school), but I am not “money hungry” and I don’t not want 16 kids to care for. The main thing is that all of my kids are being cared for with love and respect and I don’t care if I have to pay for another assistant, when dealing with children you can NEVER have enough eyes and ears to take care of them. Thanks! Naline Provider of Bambi’s Playhouse Group Daycare

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

When I was searching for daycares around the area, I was freaking out because every daycare I went to, it was either small, looked way to cluttered, smelled weird, or I didnt feel comfortable in that setting or with what the owners were telling me. But once I stepped into Bambi's Playhouse Daycare, I felt a sign of relief, her living room is huge, bright colors everywhere, lots of toys and space for my then 1 year old to roam around. Naline is an absolute delight to talk to, answered all my questions and concerns and I felt at home when I was there. 5 months later and my daughter is thriving so much, and has learned so many new things! I highly recommend this daycare!
