I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I had used this center for a number of years and the management is extremely poor. They do not help the situation yet only make it hard to keep entering the building. My child does not like it and is scared to go because management belittles parents and/or bullies them. I would consider bringing my youngest to the center only if the management is changed. The office of Head Start should consider this an option before the children who truly need the program can come so the parents can work and the economy keeps becoming great.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

This facility is a good place to put your child at if you cannot afford regular childcare prices. The childcare workers seem stressed out and the directors do too. Being with children all day long should be fun not stress. The children feel the stress and then chaos is created. There is one teacher that seems as they always know everything however the attitude would run someone away. It sounds like the same teacher mentioned in the above post because the lady had blonde should length hair. She seems to always be unhappy with everyone and never in a good mood. I have seen her in other classrooms and heard her talking about parents of kids that I presume to go to school. It is not very professional. If the lady has her own room that is where she needs to be. Definitely not gossipping about parents. With that being said if she is gossipping about parents she probably talks about the help too possibly the reason there is never enough help. My child moved on from here and has made it to elementary school so I do will not have to see or heard about gossip any longer.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

My child was in this facility for a little while this past year in classroom B. I cannot remember the teacher's name but she had blonde hair. She always looked as if she was mad and argued with parents about different issues. She stated she had been involved with the company for a number of years. My child came home crying every day saying the teacher was mean to him. When speaking to two directors upfront they brushed it off like it did not mean anything. My feelings were crushed because this is my child. I cannot brush off a teacher making my child cry every day. I decided to keep my child home instead of to reassure that their feelings are not being hurt. Maybe for some people, the facility works out for us it did not. I always felt as if that one teacher was talking about my child behind our backs. I realize the child may be a headache sometimes however they are little and growing and learning. It was one thing for a teacher to make the child cry every day but the people up front could have shown a little more empathy for the situation.
