Had a horrible experience in Discovery point on Bethelview road. They clearly told us that they suspend our daughter because of a language barrier and she doesn't let them do their normal activities with other trained kinds. they were giving me fake smiles until they gave me a bunch of complains about my daughter that all happened accidentally in one day. My daughter was starving there, nobody tried to feed her. they let her go outside without her jacket on in a cold weather. they don't want to work and pay attention to kinds who need it. staff is unprofessional and careless.
