I have used this center for years. I have read the one review on this page and I can say that is ridiculous. The teachers and staff have always gone out of their way to ensure every child is taken care of and that any concern I have is addressed. There are ladies there that have been there for YEARS and have really played a positive part of my children's upbringing. They truly care about my children and my family. They ask me about my son who no longer attends due to being able to stay home by himself. They have remembered birthdays and special anniversaries in our family. They really do go above and beyond. I would not trust my children in any other center, with any other people.

We are extremely concerned about the comments you have posted and have taken steps to make certain every concern is addressed as soon as it is brought to our attention. At the time of enrollment, and throughout the child’s attendance, we encourage families to address their concerns immediately with a member of management so that they may be resolved quickly. Because there are many moving parts in a center, we rely deeply on the families to let us know when they are not happy about any aspect of their child’s care. Please know that we are deeply saddened by your experience and would never want any of our families to feel this way. Please contact us so that we may partner with you on possible solutions. This is not a place where you would need to send your child especially if they have issues or special needs.  The teachers and administrstion is very unprofessional such as Ms.Becky, Ms. Lauren, and Ms. Julie but of course they fired her. Teachers are allowed by Ms.Becky to hit your child and nothing gets done to the teacher but the child gets put out. Teachers are allowed to tell untruths on children and nothing gets done.  Ga Pre K people who is looking for a place for your child to go DONT go here. High turn over rate here and children are tossed around in the mornings due to teacher shortages Bright from the Start investigate. I would not recommend this facility to anyone I would not allow my dog to go spend the day here.  The children have no structure in the room so how can learning get done. PARENTS BEWARE keep your money take it somewhere else and to free Ga Pre K people this is not the kind of foundation you want to give your child for Kindergarten. Dont complain to Corporate office nothing gets done here either call Cindy the big boss and guess what she dont return your calls.  There is more to this story but dont trust them with your child. DFCS gets called to this school on thr the teachers not the parents.
