They come off professional but after you’ve been with them for a while they will go against there own policies. For example my family experience hardship and made a few payments late, they were getting their money, it was just a day late. On the policies and procedures it says a late fee will be applied. Well instead of applying a late fee they said they will no longer watch the child until it was paid (mind you the payment it wasn’t even one day late). And before we had experience the hardship the payments were early and came out automatically.
They also stated in the policies potty training help will be provided. I found that also untrue by speaking with the staff. Needless to say I took my daughter out and have been much happier with Peachtree prep. They actually potty train and happily work with all their families. Definitely don’t recommend this facility.
I have nothing but great things to say about this facility. I have had 3 children attend, one from infancy till pre-k and also afterschool care, and have never had an issue. Whenever there has been an incident and my child hurt, I received a detailed report on what had happened. I love every one of the teachers who work here and have always felt like they have my childrens best interest at heart. As the above reviewer stated, the hours do change over the summer, but that has never been an issue and they have always been good about giving an advance notice. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe, quality, peace of mind daycare for their children.
THE FACILITY IS NOT DEPENDABLE. WHEN YOU PAY FOR YOUR CHILDREN TO ATTEND A DAYCARE, YOU SHOULD NOT BE STRESSED 80% OF THE TIME RE THE FACILITY. THEY CLOSE UP & EARLY ALL THE TIME. THEY WILL CALL YOU AT WORK & TELL YOU TO COME GET YOUR CHILD BECAUSE IT IS RAINING TO HARD, OR BECAUSE ONLY A COUPLE OF CHILDREN SHOWED UP. THE WATER HEATER WENT OUT OVER THE WEEKEND & INSTEAD OF FIXING IT & PAYING WEEKEND RATES THEY CLOSED THE DAYCARE ON MONDAY & I HAD TO FIND SOMEONE TO WATCH MY CHILDREN - & PAY THEM A FULL WEEKS WORTH OF CARE. THEY CLOSE FOR SEVERAL DAYS IN THE MIDDLE OF SUMMER & YOU HAVE TO FIND SOMEONE TO WATCH YOUR KIDS. THEY CHANGED THEIR HOURS IN THE SUMMER & SCHOOL BREAKS TO CLOSE @ 5:30PM WHICH IS VERY INCONVEINANT. BOTTOM LINE - THEY ARE NOT DEPENDABLE. A DAYCARE BUSINESS IS SUPPOSED TO WATCH YOUR CHILDREN WHILE YOU ARE WORKING - NOT STRESS YOU OUT WHILE YOU ARE WORKING. SOME PROFESSIONALISM NEEDS TO TAKE PLACE.
My child have two incidents in a 30 day time frame that I was told "we don't know what happened" that is unacceptable for a child are facility. If I am paying you on a regular basis why can't I expect you to hold true to your values for your business? Telling a parent "I don't know" is s sign that changes need to be made for the continued safety of the children. Thankfully I chose to send my child elsewhere before something worst happened. They are really nice people but something needs to change. Fast!
