I know daycare is scarce in this area but allowing children to repeatedly bite others (more than 10 instances of one child biting just my family member!) Is not acceptable !! They've been reported to DHS multiple times just for this incident! Imagine the instances that no one reported! Please report, because nothing will happen if you dont!

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

The lady who introduced herself to me as the owner was very unprofessional. I witnessed her yelling at another child's parent. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone.

Description: Licensing and Child Welfare observed 1 year old classroom teacher on her cell phone in the bathroom with a crying child. Licensing observed the child being upset and crying and not being consoled.

Licensing and Child Welfare observed school age bus to arrive at the center at 3:00pm and the school age children went outside to combine with the 3 year old and older classroom. Licensing counted the children outside and observed 1 staff outside with 20 children and 4 three year olds (3 yr old mixed ratio 15 children to 1 staff). Staff outside said the other teacher was here but did not know where she went. Licensing found the other teacher inside changing a child who had an accident.
