Unbelievably horrible
The director is one of the most ignorant and unfit people I have ever seen run a business for childcare. The way she speaks to and about her employees and the children is disgusting. She is never available at the center, constantly speaks very ill of employees, clients and children. Unreasonable and unrealistic expectations for the children, staff and children have to “walk on eggshells” all day wondering what ridiculous thing they will be yelled at for that day, and even if you think you’re doing everything well, don’t worry she’ll find something. From the toddlers to the school age children there are complaints about the director, You can see the fear in their face when she is around.
Creates Mental burnout very quick with employees. Such an unhealthy mental environment (walking on egg shells CONSTANTLY)
I took the job with the impression and being told I would get heath care benefits I asked about them continuously and nothing was done about it.
Leaves teachers with way more children than state ratio allows for safety, complains that there are too many children in one room but refuses to actually take part in helping or doing anything about it, instead yells at her employees, curses them out and tells them it’s not her problem and to figure it out
Would not recommend this center to parents looking for childcare or for people looking for a job

I have had my Grandson in this Child Care for over four years and I couldn't be happier. He is very happy there. He has learned so much far beyond what I would have expected. It is more than babysitting. I trust the decisions of the director. She always has the children and parents interest at heart. Yes the turnover with staff is higher than I would like. But I know that the director expects her teachers to do their jobs and she can be demanding, but this is what I want in a director. She is very informative and always lets me know if she has any concerns. It is a shame that employees that are let go, because they are not doing their job, can write a reviews like the previous one. It is only to get even because they have been let go. With the Covid-19 pandemic, the director has keep us informed, has prepared weekly lesson and craft packets for the parents. Online classroom visits with the teachers. The director has keep all her staff on during the covid-19 shutdown. I am pleased with all the precautions she has taken to enable the return of the children. The teachers that she keeps are caring and loving teachers. I rate this daycare as a 5 star center.

I have been sending my child here for almost a year now and my experience has been great. All of the teachers have been nice and welcoming, but the infant room teacher who is primarily responsible for my child each day is INCREDIBLE. She is happy, nurturing, and trustworthy. I was extremely nervous to send my infant to daycare but am SO pleased that I can be relieved that he is with this teacher that I trust and that he loves.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it would be really helpful if there was a pay online option, an easier way to communicate with the director (like using email to set up a meeting, etc.), and just a greater online presence to help with snow days, earlier dismissals, news items, etc.

Please do yourself a favor and do not even consider subjecting your child to this terrible place. The director is one of the most devious and vindictive people I have ever come across. She reeks of cigarette smoke and is so uneducated that you cannot have a adult conversation with her. She will target individuals that she wants to bully and then will make up lies about your children. If you sit down with her to try to find ways to make your kids' experience better, she will answer questions with questions and she cannot back up any of her accusations with any type of child development knowledge. The turnover rate of teachers there is unbelievable. She has to constantly move kids around into different rooms to keep ratios appropriate because teachers are quitting every other week. My kid absolutely loved the previous daycare we went to, but he/she was crying when I dropped him/her off and picked him/her up every day with this place and begged me not to leave him/her there. She demands checks every week but cashes them randomly. I honestly feel bad for the teachers employed there, and I feel terrible I subjected my kid to a place like this.

Stay far far away from this daycare center. Litany of issues starting with staff. The director is awful, horrible interpersonal skills, mistreatment of students and staff, stinks of cigarette smoke and is highly unprofessional. I question what level of early childhood training the director and the rest of the staff actually possess. Unbelievably high rate of staff turnover. In the few short months we were there our child had 5-6 different in class teachers. I couldn't remember the names of the teachers because none of them were there long enough. The quality of the teacher is something to be questioned as well. There are times when the center runs out of food for students. The manner in which they bill is inconsistent. They demand a check every week but cash the checks irregularly. The structure, staff stability and care for children is alarming. By the end our child was faking being sick, begging to not go to school.

I do not believe this daycare facility deserves 5 stars this is one of the worst day cares in the area. The director is so unprofessional the way she treats kids are horrible. She talks about the kids, parents, & staff. There is no staff in that facility it should be very illegal for 1 teacher to have 14 kids to their selves. Let's not mention ms.Pam never has enough food for the kids I've witnesses with my own eyes teachers coming in and out of that place it's horrible. The place needs to be shut down immediately especially for putting labels on kids I've seen teachers hold kids down with there legs to make them sleep. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone!

I am a Single father of two kids and I could not be happier with this school. The staff is very helpful and my kids enjoy it very much. Willy and Linda tell me everyday all the great things they learned and did. I highly recommend Country Kids Child Care to everyone. The curriculum and teachers are superb. I am also pleased with the cleanliness of this school. Of all the day cares I researched in search of a place good enough for my children, Country Kids surpassed all my expectations
