**This honest review is based on my own experience and my opinion: Parents Please Read

Health Concerns: My son and another 2 year old were unsupervised on October 5, 2018 and drank toilet water. No incident report filed. Monday, December 10th, my son was barefoot all day (according to staff member) and his feet were freezing and filthy. He got sick that night. He kept saying that his feet hurt and that there was "something in there". At snack time the children are given food on piles on the table, no napkin, no plate, no utensils. Staff got upset when I requested my son's food be served on a plate.

Dishonesty: After being abruptly kicked out because I voiced my concerns, they told me that they would refund me for the 4 days that they did not take care of my son. Today, 3 weeks later they stated they will not refund me. I have all phone conversations recorded.

Cost: I have called over 20 daycare facilities, and starting January 1, 2019, this daycare is the most expensive in Rock County, Wisconsin based on my research.

Staff: The owner does not conduct herself professionally in the sense that if you voice a concern as a parent, she is rude, condescending and unapologetic. On Wednesday, December 12, she yelled at me for several minutes in front of my son. She told me that we had to leave and were not welcome there even though I had already paid for the week and they had already cashed my check. She then stated I could stay until Friday, but after being yelled at, I removed my son later that morning out of concern for his safety.
