If I could give no stars that is what I would of chose however this daycare is not very clean the kids get sent home filthy you definitely can't have anywhere to go when you pick up your kid if so you better bring a fresh set of clothes with you. Your child will get injured by kids and sent home with bug bites and ring worms at when you mention it to staff they just blow you off as if it's not important. I took my kid out. I reported them and I hope for the children's sake they get it together if not they need to close.

This is a horrible daycare care. Please do not send your children here. My 1 1\2 year old son was dragged across the floor by the toddler teacher Ashley Lawson. They still have this woman working there.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Over the course of 5 months, my son had his hair cut without my permission. My daughter was left in soiled underwear on multiple occasions. My son had his blanket given to someone else and they refused to give it to him so he had nothing to sleep on. My son was pushed down and he sprained his ankle and couldn't walk. They didn't contact me. They told me when I went up to pick him up and he was limping. My daughter reported that she was inappropriately touched by some one there. I made a police report and called the state yet a second time. They tried to say it came from home; however it came back that my daughter was telling the truth.

The staff will let some of the kids ( future inmates ) who are 8  but fight like they are 20 jump on your daughter or son and laugh and rewatch it on the security cameras with no concern for teaching the children that growing up fighting can get them in prison or killed. Some of the staff act like they have an issue with the kids as if they were adults and not children. 

I should also mention that they wait until the day of a field trip to hand you a permission slip and request payment for it! It got to the point where we would find an alternative provider for field trip days because WE COULDN'T TRUST THEM TO WATCH OUR SON outside of the center!!! Every day I got pulled aside and told that my son was terribly behaved because he wouldn't take a nap and likes to take his little shoes off! We're talking about a kid who is awesome every where else!!! A three year old who counts in english and spanish, has been able to talk effectively since two years old! I am so disgruntled and apalled at the treatment my family and I have recieved at the hands of this business, and I can only hope my reviews will help other familys from making the worst decision EVER in terms of caring for their children. DON'T TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. As a mother of three, I've had to use daycare providers for fourteen years, and NEVER HAVE I EVER seen a daycare more disorganized, cheap, and pathetic as this one. It has been a nightmare from beginning to end and I will warn any parent to stay as far away from here as possible. My son was 2 years old, and they called me at work ( an hour away) to say either I pick him up or he will be expelled... because he was crying.... They repeatedly lost my contact information, and would call my boss directly for complaints just like that one. They take diapers/pull ups, and let anyone use them, then send notices home that your kid doesn't have what he needs. They feed the kids very small amounts, and they have a cut off time for meals. Once, I was running late and brought my son with a doughnut, they took it from him and said they had a breakfast cut off and that he couldn't eat his breakfast!!!! My son has been potty trained for months, but they insisted that he needed pull ups. He would come home in the same pull up I dropped him off in and pee right through it. Today, today was the last straw.... I work 11 to seven, and showed up at 9:50 to drop off my son. They stopped me at the door and said he couldn't come in because they have a DROP OFF CUT OFF TIME AT 9:45 AM!!!!! They turned us away!!! They cost me three hours of pay and a write up at work!!! My mother in law called and they treated her like a third class citizen and said maybe we should call if we are "late" and they would have let him in!!!! They are ghetto, unproffessional, and quick to get a payment but have no time for actual child care. They don't even have a playground and all the kids have to do is sit in a room and watch tv!! They share your balance with whoever comes to pick up or drop off your child, EVEN IF YOU'RE NOT EVEN A DAY LATE!!!!!!! Not to mention, we were paying cash for their services, we broke up one payment in two, we handed them 250 dollars... the owner took the money, wrote a reciept, and then said he couldn't return untill we made a 100 dollar payment!!!! only to call back and apologize as she was "frustrated" that another child hadn't been paid for IN SIX MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Meanwhile, we hand her money and our son can't come back!!! I don't think this area is large enough for me to include all of the complaints I have for this abomination of a business, and I will be contacting the bbb, the city of south euclid, and even the news to report the dishonesty, the terrible conditions and the SMELL of this place!!! They are all related, I don't believe anyone in the building is certified in anything, and the customer service can only be described as "ratchet". Oh yea, and if you have a complaint the owner will call you and try to argue!!!! I only stayed out of pure desperation after recovering from an illness that almost took my life, and needing to start work immediately, so it was never my intention to have my son in such a degenerate facility. I don't know how they can help a child learn either, as the way it seems none of their employees can communicate or even do their jobs effectively. I have never ever been made to feel this way by a child care provider, and won't stop until something is done. If you pay five hundred plus a month for your child to attend a facility, and you work 11 to seven, you should NOT have to conform your life around them, or have your kid in daycare longer than he has to be!!!! DON'T GO HERE... I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!!!!!!!!!!
