Hot mess! Both Taneka & Jermaine is disrespectful, they are money hungry and non humble fake Christians. They put this front on when you inquiry about childcare but after my girls was enrolled they flipped.
They’re children is disrespectful as well and they basically let they’re kids and lying mother run the entire center.
They all are liars, I was told my children will be going to they’re “new center” glass academy on Euclid ave but yet to open. Don’t believe nothing they say. My kids complained everyday about this place. My daughter even told me they’re disrespectful to their staff and treat/work them Like slaves. Always new teachers that never last more than a week. Pretty on the outside a mess behind closed doors! Also they don’t allow parents in the building which to me is a major red flag! Avoid this place!

Mrs Glass is very disrespectful she will constantly call you for unnecessary reasons which will cause u to lose your job , when you try to give your feedback on the way she runs her business she get frustrated and tends to give attitude and will hang up in your face I will NOT recommend this daycare for any KIDS at all

It’s sad when I read the negative reviews. The first thing people do when they are in the wrong or not following the rules and regulations they try to sabotage the business. Tasia Johnson you know Mrs. Glass give all the parents handbooks with hours and all the days they are closed. Don’t act like you didn’t know the hours. Why would you enroll your child if you didn’t know the hours????. You sound foolish infants are not allowed to have blankets in the crib. You dropped off your child with bumps all over his body and was mad you received a phone call to take your child to the doctor. You should be happy the owners and teachers care about the best interest of your child. Instead of trying to just drop your child off. Have respect to let the owner know what’s going on with your child. Stop putting lies on here and tell the truth. You mad because Mrs. Glass made it clear children can’t come to daycare sick when you first enrolled and it’s in the handbook. That’s common since and they have to keep all the other children safe. Everybody need to get a life and stop putting negative remarks. You all know Mr. and Mrs. Glass love all the children in their care. They help the schoolagers with their homework. Glass Daycare is a safe wholesome quality childcare center. The children are educated and they have order in their building. The infants, toddlers, and preschoolers are very advance with quality teachers. The children are always clean and the whole building is sanitized multiple times throughout the day everyday. You all need to get a life and stop being miserable and follow directions. You can’t come in nobody establishment and change the Narrative. If Glass Daycare childcare center is so horrible then why would you move forward to put your children in their care. It don’t make any since???????????Get your own business and run it. Stop hating putting false information on their page.

It amaze me how people like Layla Smith, Jay White, Leslie Scott, Lashaunda Gates, and others. Trying to bad mouth Glass Daycare. This is an excellent daycare that have love for children. Your children eat very good. The center provide breakfast,lunch,dinner, Am snack, Pm snack and evening snack. They are not a babysitting service. It's a lot of daycares that don't care about your children Education. Glass Daycare always help children with homework. It's a shame when parents are in the wrong not following their rules or making their payments on time. They want to come on this site and putting Mrs. Glass down. She is doing her job as a business owner. Some of the parents take Mrs. Glass kindness for granted. I witness some parents mad because they can't drop their children off when they don't have to go to work. The state don't provide vouchers for parents to kick it and having a free day. Vouchers are their for parents to work or going to school. Some people need to keep it real and be honest. The parents that complain they hop form center to center. When they need to look in the mirror at themselves and follow program rules. You can't satisfy everybody. You can be the nicest person people still going to still talk about you. The parents that talk about other programs 80 percent of the time. They going to just tell their side, so they can get into the next program. The sad part one person was talking about its to cold in the center. I'm happy that they have air conditioning it's centers don't have no central air. The children be burning up. If the children prefer the air off. They turn the air off. So sad how people take out their time and effort to place lies.
