I have used this provider for more than 6 months
No communication, no patience with the parents. They withhold photos that they take of your children. Still to this day after moving on to a well established and reputable place of business they have yet to send photos of my children. They hide away from emails... they wont say the truth to your face about what truley goes on. They wait until the very last mi ute to inform you about anything. The owner will always say to you.. oh, I get paid either way. When it's not even what the conversation is about. She talks doqn to you. Never holds private conversations.. it has to be anywhere she feels like. No class. The owner, welcome is the complete opposite in nature as her name. Nasty disposition, rude and otherwise lacking of business skills. She should close down and open a retail store.
When it comes to cleanliness and taking care of the children they are okay. When it boils down to communication that parents need to have while there child is in there custody...its horrible. All parents without question need to have all forms of contact in case of an emergency. They truly need to work on being more efficient with that.
