I have no experience with their care towards the children. I can only speak about my application process. The staff was careless with my personal delicate documents. I am not sure if they lost my paperwork in their location or in the NYC facility. However, the lady was unable to provide the proof that she receives when she hands in the paper to the NYC facility. What bothers me the most is that I had to ALWAYS contact her and never got a sincere apology. Process took from 6 - months to finish with nothing.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My two children are in this Center, one of them pre-k and the other one after school program, and I have to say that after Ms Nickons has gone this center is not the same. My kids just go to play there and received nothing academically, my son return home without doing the Home work or doing it incorrectly. I feel very disappointed of this place, NOT supervision at all. The PRE-k has become a daycare, and for my knowledge pre-k should prepared the kids before they go to kinder garden but unfurtenaly not in this center anymore.
