I have used this provider for less than 6 months
The management and leadership of this facility is unprofessional, rude, and uncaring. They do not value their customers and do not hold their agreements in their parent handbook. It's very obvious this facility does not care about the children or families.
My two daughters were enrolled in the program full time for four months. I was very pleased with my 3 year olds teacher, but the 18 month class was always jammed packed and chaotic. When I made the decision to pull my youngest from the program, the management staff forced me to remove my 3 year old as well. I didn't want to end her care; her teacher was the reason we wanted to stay, and my daughter was really doing well under her guidance. However, the management told me that I was not allowed to have only one child enrolled. They kicked my 3 year old out of their program, at no fault of her own, to "accommodate other families on the waiting list so that they could be filled to capacity." This reasoning was deceptive and honestly discriminatory - for them to not provide service to my family because I didn't want both of my children enrolled.
The 18 month class was constantly over capacity, and they were moving my daughter to a different class regularly to try to keep ratios within "legal limits." I know they were already at capacity, so the reasoning they gave me for terminating my 3 year olds care was dishonest. I pointed out that their policy in the handbook was that "if a child is accepted and enrolled, then they have a guaranteed spot as long as tuition is paid." I was never late paying or missed a payment, so they did not abide by their own policy.
It was all around a terrible and extremely confrontational exit. I gave an appropriate two week notice out of respect of their policy, but they treated me so poorly that I terminated care within 2 days of the notice because I didn't trust the management to be near my children. They're very dishonest and make poor, poor decisions; I couldn't risk my children being in that type of environment.
The management does not care about my daughter, they do not care about good paying customers, and they're terrible to their employees. Please save yourself the emotional distress and start with a different place that will be understanding and accommodating to your changing family's needs.
My 3 year old child was bitten in the private area and I was notified 4 hours later when i went to pick him up. I notified DHS who investigated the matter. My child was kicked out of the school once DHS investageted. ON his last day, he had two deep splinters in his hand and was told "We don't have tweezers" by one person and "we don't remove those" by another. we had to take him to urgent care to get them removed. Teachers are excellent. Administration is the worst.
