My 3 year old son was here for almost 2 years. Year 1 was great! Then the owners daughter Carissa became the lead teacher and everything changed. The turnover of the other teachers happened so fast that sometimes I never even learned their names. My son was new to potty training and when he had accidents he told me that his teacher acted "mad" at him. I discussed this with the owner Laurie on several occasions and when I finally asked for him to be placed with another teacher, we felt we were ignored and avoided from then on. My sons gloves werent put on him on some cold days even though the other kids were, Laurie would go upstairs at drop off, and Carissa no longer spoke to us unless we approached her, then we would get one word answers. My son began to cry and hide behind us at drop off and began telling me he hated school and teachers, so we put him in a new preschool and he has blossomed! Now he loves school and his teachers!
