I have used this provider for less than 6 months

This Facility Is The WORSTTTTTT I WITHDREW My Daughter After 1 Week. So I Drop My Daughter Off At 6:00am And My Daughter Is One So I'm Guessing From 6:00am -8:00am My Daughter Has To Sit Around All Aged Children Until The Other Teachers Come. In The Infant Room The 1 Year Olds Have No Curriculum So I Guess They Play & Sleep All Day They Pre-Fill Out The Care Sheet Nap Time For The Entire Week Which Is Very Inaccurate Because You Dont Know If Shes Going To Sleep From 12-2 Everyday. And Then They Put 12-2 Under The Nap Time But At 3:45 When I Came To Pick My Child Up One Day She Was Back Laying down & Unattended I Had Literally Put Her Shoes , Coat , Hat , Scarf , Gloves & Packed Her Bag Up & Nobody Still Wasnt In The Room & Everybody Just Blew It Off Like The Girl Was In The Bathroom My Child Could Had Been Kidnapped. Then They Had My Baby Sucking On The Wrong Pacifier And Just Rinsed It Off And Gave It Back To The Little Girl & The Girl Who Pacifier She Had Had A Disgusting Cold They Spelt Jones Johness On My Baby Blanket . And There Violating State Laws There Was 8 Kids In Her Class Md Law Is 1:3 There Should Had Been Atleast 2 Teachers .

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

This daycare is not good at all. When I picked my child up at 6:00pm her pamper was soak and wet. A couple of times I had someone else coat or my child had the wrong shoes. I even put her name in the coat and shoes. Then the most recent was my child had bite marks on her. I said something to the person in charge she lied. Then about a week later a letter was on the door and the daycare getting cleaned because of bite marks. It is not a good please I have taken my child out and would never recommend this place. IT has been times the daycare was not even open on time. No notice or anything. They lie a lot and can not be trusted.
