Findings: On this date a complaint was investigated with Danielle Clarke form CPS and Licensing Specialist Rhonda Miller. The Director of the facility Shanell Wilkins self reported the incident that occurred on July 8, 2021, when a child was left in the classroom unsupervised. Director stated that staff a person failed to conducted the face to name protocol required by the facilities guidelines. Staff person brought a group of children inside to use the bathroom and as they left to go back outside one child was left in the classroom. Staff person was placed on Administrative leave until center completes their investigation. Licensing Specialist is requesting that staff complete a course in Supervision Training within 30 days. | |||
