I have used this provider for less than 6 months
I was very very disappointed in this daycare. My son was 15 months when he started there and I pulled him out of there after only about 5 months. It was so disorganized and they had very poor communication. The feeling there was off and not inviting. There were a couple teachers that were wonderul but others were cold and hard to talk with. The owner was rarely there so talking about anything was impossible. I had multiple instances that made me uncomfortable with this daycare but here's some of the main ones. My son came home 4 different times with huge bite marks on him. When I called to ask what happened, what they did to console him, how they will prevent it from happening again etc. No one knew what happened and brushed it off as nothing. If by bath time the bite marks are still visible you know it was a hard enough bite to cause my poor child pain. You know he had to have been screaming. And for them to have no idea what even happened and not even care, really really bothered me. It's so frustrating. My final breaking point was my son had been sick for a couple days so my mom watched him. After the weekend he was acting better so I brought him to daycare finally. I told them to call me if he was grumpy or had any issues. My mom is able to watch him when he can't be at daycare. They know that and have known that from the beginning. He also gets fever seizures and I would rather have him at my mom's or I'll miss work if he's running a fever.
I called at 2 o clock to check on him. The owner answered and said she was just in there, he was doing great and super happy. So I didn't leave work early I just picked him up at his normal time. When I got there at 5 they told me had been miserable and crying all day. He had a fever of 102 when I checked him when we got home.
I was so upset. I could have left work early. They could have told me he wasn't doing well. They knew I was willing to leave work whenever to come get him. It broke my heart knowing he was so sad and sick all day and I was told he was just fine. Even if he was happy for 5 minutes she should have asked exactly how his day had been from his teachers :( and they should have updated me!!!
It happened way too many times when I was told one thing and something else happened.
I will never have a child go there again. They are overpriced and understaffed and cannot successfully run a safe and happy daycare.
