I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Hello all. While this is a great center. I simply do not like how they talk to the children. Not so much the teachers, just the director. I believe her name is Annette. She literally will scream at a child, and I also know of people that work in the building next door that say they hear her screaming all day long, she's rude and doesn't communicate with the parents.

About the Provider

Saint Alphonsa's Academy is a progressive and innovative child care center located in Northeast Philadelphia that is dedicated to providing a quality daycare and early learning program in a secure, Christian environment. We are concerned with the growth of the “whole child” and encourage a solid balance of development in a child's physical, social, psychological and intellectual growth. We believe that providing quality care for children is one of the most important responsibilities of our society. We are founded on this belief and base every aspect of the center on achieving this primary goal. We take great pride in our center, its services and employees, and are ever appreciative of our children, their parents, and all who support our efforts. Parents are encouraged to be actively involved in the developmental progress of their child. It is our firm belief that working together with families is necessary to provide stable, nurturing environments for our children. We encourage parents to visit the center and participate in our programs, and most importantly, to express concerns, suggestions, and any thoughts they have about their child's care.
