My daughter started at Nina's Home Daycare at about 6 months old and stayed until she was the oldest child there! We had such a positive experience and if I had to do it all over, I'd 100% entrust my baby with Ms. Nina again and again.
If you are considering a home daycare for your infant, I’d encourage you to meet Ms. Nina and see her facility, as both far exceeded my expectations. There is a separate entrance for the daycare area, and it has that professional feel with all the bells and whistles of what you’d find in a traditional daycare but with the comfort of being on a smaller scale. It’s also directly connected to a wonderful outdoor play area, which my daughter especially loved.
As a first-time parent, it was nerve-racking to leave my infant in the care of someone else, but Ms. Nina really gave me that confidence that I knew she was in great hands. Ms. Nina was very respectful of any requests I had and was also great at anticipating and communicating upcoming changes in my daughter’s development (i.e., “If you notice she starts leaking out of her diaper, moving to the next size up may solve that issue” or “She is drinking her milk more quickly and may be ready for a few more ounces at each feeding to keep her satisfied”). For this new mom who didn’t have a clue what she was doing, Ms. Nina was a godsend and I can’t thank her enough for providing such a warm, loving, positive experience for my daughter's first few years of life.
After touring other daycare centers My husband and I decided to choose Nina.
Both my Kids went there and they love her (they still see her every once in a while).
Both of them started that they were 8 months old,they were playing and learning colors,shapes,songs,how to sit while eating,how to be nice with friends.
We were really pleased,Nina is an awesome teacher and she really cares for the kids and the parents.
I loved that she does not have more than 5-6 kids so that everything is really personal and customized to the needs of the child.If she ever had any concern she was really quick to tell us.
I would recommend her to everybody that has an infant.
If I ever have another child (:-)) I would for sure choose her again!!
I can not say enough good things about Nina and her home daycare. We feel very lucky and blessed to have found such a caring environment for our son after an unexpected cross country relocation. Nina has truly helped us to make Charlotte our home away from home! We love her like family and feel secure knowing that our son is in her loving care!
There are not enough words to describe how much we loved Nina’s home daycare. Both of daughters attended her daycare. As many working parents, we struggled with our choice of daycare when it was time for me to go back to work. Leaving a 4 month-old baby in a larger childcare center did not make us comfortable and a nanny meant that our daughter would not socialize with other kids. We were very fortunate to find Nina’s Home Daycare when my maternity leave was over. Nina is an amazing caregiver. She is very caring, kind, hard-working, and most importantly will provide so much love and care to your little one. The daycare is very clean, well-organized and has a lot of toys and learning tools. Both of our daughters felt comfortable with Nina on day 1 and we never had to worry about our daughters while they were at Nina’s. We became close friends with Nina and her loving family. If you are like us and trying to decide between a larger child center, nanny, or home daycare, have no doubt that if you choose Nina’s home daycare, your baby will be in loving hands at Nina’s daycare and you will have peace of mind during the work day.

About the Provider
We have a welcoming, friendly atmosphere and are well known for our nurturing environment. Due to our privacy policy we provide names and numbers of past and current clients to use as references only when requested. Nina's home daycare has standard work hours from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. However, we are very flexible- letting you pick up and drop off your child at different times within this time frame. In addition, we offer extended and weekend hours. Nina's Home Daycare has a structured schedule that includes plenty of time for physical activity, quiet time (including daily reading sessions for groups and individuals), group programs, individual activities, meals, snacks, and free time. We believe that television and videos should play little or no part in what your child does all day; therefore, we do not possess one within the daycare area. Our curriculum works toward progressing you child's development and makes daily life more fun.
