The actual medication on file is a Walgreens brand Dye Free Pain and Fever Reducer for 2-3 year olds and states to 'ask a docter' for children under 24 months. You provided 3.5ml on 9-3-20 to the child and the child is 1 year of age. You do not have permission signed by a doctor nor did the parent authorization provide dosage amount, so the medication should have never been given because the permission to administer had questionable instructions. | |||
