I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

I toured this place and it absolutely stunk like cat urine. The owner was extremely rude and even when I was considering sending my child to their daycare, she ignored my phone calls and had her staff lie to me over the phone several times. I am always told by their staff that they have openings but she will only accept part time children if they attend more than 28 hours!?

I absolutely Love Castle Kids Daycare. Every single day I am thankful for them. The staff does an exceptional job keeping me informed about my son’s daily activates. The whole team is super friendly and really get down on the kids levels. Many mornings when I drop my little guy off he run’s to hug his teachers with a huge smile. 5 STARS! Best childcare center ever.
