I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I went to drop my child off one morning and one of the workers had 4 children in separate pack and plays and was sitting on the floor with her hands on her head and saying how miserable she was. Then I was told to bring my child to another room where I saw a worker talking angrily in a child’s face for not using his words while he was crying and rubbing his belly. My son was under one year old and left alone In The entrance to cry face down when I picked him up one day. The therapist for my child’s birth to three service has reported them a few times as well. It’s not a place I would recommend for any parent to take a chance on their child’s care.
