This is the worst place to send your child. The Executive Director, Kyla Harvey is ghetto and unprofessional. She expects her employees to do her work and then when in the face of trouble she blames the employees. Kyla has been heard speaking of a parent's financial situation to the front desk secretary along with other employees. She has terrorized my child, to the point in which I stopped taking my child to the Center. I have tried to report Kyla Harvey's actions but she has done so well to cover up and make sure that information is unavailable. She talk about the children and then will put up a facade when figures of authority come to the Neighborhood Center. On top of that, very little staff members have experience in education. I will not recommend you send your child to the Neighborhood Center, unless you want others to know of your financials.
