I have used this provider for more than 6 months

When my child first started most of the staff really loved children. For that reason I give them a 2 star rating. However the current staff needs more training with working with children. My child started coming home with no work or activities from the current day. In the past they gave each parent a brochure once a month explaining to parents what their child would be learning, this stopped. When you pickup and drop off your child you hear teachers yelling seeming frustrated with the children. It was rare to see them teaching a child or happy unless they were gossiping. My child came home dirty everyday I expect my child to come home as I send her. I switched her daycare and she comes home exactly like I send her and she no longer falls out when she is dropped off. She never comes home with changing clothes. This daycare is the only one I know of with a ton of children almost 3 who are not using the pot. So many parents complained because of this issue. The staff is not friendly and if you have a bad experience, the daycare does not try to make it up to the parent or compensate them in any way. After I reported an issue my child came home filthy everyday and all of a sudden using the bathroom on herself. She never done it at home, didn't do it at other people's house and does not do this at her new daycare. She was potty trained for several months and all of a sudden started this after a complaint. One of my good friends worked with children and she watched her and she advised me to take her out asap. She said your child is very aggressive in telling me she has to use the bathroom, so what you should be wondering what are they saying or doing to her to make her not go. I picked her up one day and she had on nothing but panties. This is not a child who was potty trading but one already trained. I expressed my concern and they didn't think the teacher was at fault. I felt they should shadow the teacher instead they moved my child and like I thought she didn't do it after they moved her classroom. A few months a parent told me to take my child out and asked me to contact her on facebook. Two other parents tried to talk to me about issues they were having as well but staff would walk up when they were talking to me. I feel my child was mistreated and they slowed the teacher to do it.
