If I could give this place no stars I would, horrible place to work the pay is bad and they expect you to do the job of several people for 9/hr. The teachers try and make the best of what they’re given But management and the owner Scroggins only care about money they have events that are MANDATORY BUT REFUSE TO PAY YOU FOR THEM. They expect the teachers to buy things for their own classrooms, and I’ve seen management pop children for misbehaving . They are unprofessional and routinely deny breaks to employees and document hours incorrectly, if you speak up against their practices you are told to reference the Bible by the owner, I wouldn’t send my pet rock to this facility, I put in my 2 weeks notice professionally with a letter of resignation and they fired me on the spot, I say good riddance.
So today started out as any other day with me taking my son to daycare as soon as we arrived there was a fire drill where the teacher thought it was more important to put on and tie a students shoe in front of the door and leave another student standing at the door bc he had no shoes on once the fire drill was over we went back in the building to finish getting ready for water day one child in my sons class did not have a change of clothes to get wet in so i went to my car and got some for him came back inside and went to my sons class to change the child's clothes mean while all the other student my child included was in the hall way one of his teachers came in the class room and took a seat in the class room the other teacher came in the class room as well leaving all her students in the hall with out any of there teachers the 4s class room and the school age student's and there teachers where also in the hall way once i finished getting the child dressed i took him to the hall with the other children and one of his teachers followed as i entered the hall way i heard a child screaming and saw a group of children at the lockers i instantly went to the lockers as well as the teacher that came out of the class room with me the first locker i opened had my yelling child inside if you know me i do everything i can to protect my child and this absolutely broke my heart to see my child scared and afraid don't ever send your child to this location
My two year olds very FIRST day(Nov 1st) of daycare was horrible. Recieved a call during my lunch break that he had tripped and fell on the corner of a plastic crate trying to go around a schoolager (which should not have been in the babies room playing) that was STILL on the floor when I got there to pick him up that resulted in a BLACK eye. Im not satisfied at all with this daycare however I am a single mom just moved and work weekends so it seemed very beneficial due to it being closer to my job and that they could pick up my 6 year old after school.. Ended up missing work and figured we could come to an agreement since i paid 85.00 just to register my children which is ridicilous that I could not recieve my refund i felt was owed to me due to my babys major injury. Had to send children back only until I can get my voucher switched to a better facility and my son came home today with the same sprite in his sippy cup.Overall horrible experience I would not reccommend anyone to send their child here. Could not share picture of childrens official first day because of embarrasment. Not happy at all!!
Overall my experience with this daycare was an overall negative experience. This was my son's first daycare that he ever attended so I wasn't too sure how it worked. A co-worker referred them to me via word of mouth. They have the most disrespectful staff (AKA Mrs. Armstrong..the so called financial advisor for the center) She is very rude and unwilling to work with parents as far as payments. I am a private paying parent meaning I dont recieve vouchers and/or daycare assistance and i am also a single parent. 660/month is way too much to pay to begin with for daycare alone but i paid that amount b/c i needed to get my child started somewhere ASAP that's close to my job. They dont feed the kids enough, at all. When i go to pick up my child he always have dried up food all over his face & God knows what else. They are very unprofessional and if you are late on a payment regardless of who's around they will call you out on it. THEY ARE RUDE but claim they are a Christian daycare..haha i think not. they are not helpful at all. they do not provide you with any type of progress report or newsletter of what's going on in the center. the right hand never knows what the left is doing. they are a trip & i certainly would NOT recoMmend them to anyone. normally i dont write reviews but i would hate for someone to experience what im going through. so unprofessional totally disorganized, flat out mess! YALL NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER!!
my child was assaulted by one of the workers and two of his teeth was knocked out and not one call to see how he was doing just wanted to know if i filed his hospital bill with his insurance company.
i was told the stupid woman was fired but i would not send my child there again. they were cited due to school age kids and babies were kept in same room.and neglect to the division of health and human resouses.. be careful with you kids in daycares it about the money and the kids are treated like crap.
