I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Terrible attitudes from staff leader that trickles down to some of the other employees it's more so that the staff leader cares more about her hourly pay and watching the clock for 6pm than loving and caring for the kids I never seen so many employees packing up kids so quickly so the staff can be in their cars at 5:5pm they gossip to each other no professionalism at all no privacy when discussing what a parent owes just down right rude
