I have used this provider for more than 6 months

The teachers for the most part are good but the owner and office staff are horrible. There's one lady who I've heard talk about other parents and kids to other parents. She has also been seen being mean to the kids. I myself reported her to the owner who seemed to pretty much care less. All they did was remove her from my child's class for a week or so. She talks to the children like they are stupid and it's sad. I've also seen her ln several occasions talk to a few teachers like they were nothing. And they only pay their assistants mimiunm wage or 7.50 which is sad because we trust these people with our children and they deserve ore pay and better treatment. There's also no form of discipline for kids who hit or bite. My child kept coming home with numerous bites and never a note explaining how. Also during colder months my child was outside and always had a runny snotty nose. While teachers sat there and didn't wipe them. There was one named Paris I believe who did wipe but there we're others who didn't. I'm so thankful I removed my children from there. I suggest ALL parents watch video every chance you get. You will be surprised and probably shocked at what you see.
