I have used this provider for less than 6 months

NO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL & DISORGANIZED DAYCARE I'VE DEALT WITH. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD THERE! WAS LATE TO WORK EVERYDAY BECAUSE LACK OF CARE! FLOORS STAY DIRTY! TOYS STAY DIRTY! SON SICK IN ONE DAY & HOSPITALIZED. MANAGEMENT UNPROFESSIONAL...I CAN GO ON FOR DAYS! SON WAS FOUND WITH MULCH IN HIS MOUTH IN NEWBORN CLASSROOM, STAFF CAN'T EXPLAIN....DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN THERE. STAFF WALKS OUT REGULARLY!

When combining age groups, the staff/child ratios for the youngest child in the group was not maintained for the entire group. The infant classroom had nine children present during today's visit. One teacher left the infant classroom leaving second teacher out of ratio.

Diapers were not changed whenever they were soiled or wet and/or were changed on a shift basis. The toddlers in this classroom were not changed for five hours during the day. Diaper changes were completed at 8:30 am and were completed again at 1:30 pm.

Children did not wash their hands upon arrival at the center, after each visit to the toilet, before eating, before and after water activity play, after outside play, and after handling animals or animal cages. Children did not have their hands washed after a diaper change or before and after eating in the toddler class.

A child was handled in a rough way, including shaking, pushing, shoving, pinching, slapping, biting, kicking, or spanking. A child was placed down on his mat in a aggressive manner. This same teacher picked up a child by one arm off the floor.
