I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My child comes home with scratches and bites and no one knows what happened because the teachers are to worried about facebook and instagram to watch the children.

Beds, cots and mats were not in good repair, properly handled, stored, or clean and sanitized between users. In space one, a feeding chair was being stored on top of the cots the children use for napping. The cots did not a cover so that the feeding chair did not touch the sheets covering the mats.

A safe indoor and outdoor environment was not provided for the children. There are three boards, located on the top of the handrail of the ramp leading to the classroom for school-age children and the classroom for preschool children, that must be replaced immediately. The boards have nails exposed as well as rotting wood. The wood has sharp edges that cause a protrusion hazard.

All corrosive agents, pesticides, bleaches, detergents, cleansers, polishes, any product which is under pressure in an aerosol dispenser, and any substance which may be hazardous to a child if ingested, inhaled, or handled were not stored in a locked room or cabinet. In space one, a bottle of bleach and a bottle of Pine-sol cleaner being stored on the back of a toilet tank, in the bathroom. There was a can of aerosol Febreze air freshener that was being stored in an unlocked storage container, in the bathroom.

Madison Simons did not receive the required TB Screening/test prior to the first day of work. The employment date was October 10, 2023. The TB Screening/test was completed on October 13, 2023
