One with a hire date of November 29, 2022 had documentation of the policy dated December 1, 2022, and one staff member with the hire date of May, 1, 2023, had documentation of the policy dated May 2, 2023.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Does not treat families receiving assistance from DSS fairly. The owner/director is biased and prefers her cash payers. Untrained staff. Kicks children out who have behavior issues, unless they are cash pay, then that's fine
