Please do not send your children here...I have had bad experience upon bad experience. Not only is the "staff" unqualified to be working with children, but the facility as a whole is dirty, violates several safety codes and compliance laws. My child has personally been singled out, bullied and SCREAMED at by one or more of the staff on a regular basis. The worst part about it is that I have seen it first hand. This place should be shut down. The director has no idea what she is doing or how to even communicate. The process from start to finish was a constant battle. Their idea of "communication" was putting an "announcement" taped up to the door (not even the main door mind you). None of the staff never seemed to know what was going on NOR could they tell me what my child had done that day, if he ate, napped, etc. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, do not compromise your child's care by sending them to this facility. I will be calling the state to file a complaint.
Do not send your children here-I pulled mine out for multiple reasons-the highest turnover rate we have ever experienced in a daycare staff. Overpriced for the quality of care.
