If I could give this facility a no star rating I would. My daughter attended from a baby through preschool when they moved to the building at The Works.
Here are a few examples of miss treatment:
1. Not giving her ANY water for the 7 hours she was there. When I confronted the staff I was met with this response: SHE DIDN'T ASK for it. The director DEBBIE- DID NOTHING to resolve this issue. It's a miracle she survived.
2. FORCED naps. My daughter is now 13. She has memories of being yelled at as a preschooler for not napping being FORCED to stay on her mat.
3. She fell and hit her chin on the play ground- it split open- (ok not the providers fault, kids fall) HOWEVER I WORKED IN THE SAME BUILDING AS THIS PRESCHOOL they did not call, me page me or get me. I WAS shocked when I went to pick up my daughter with her chin that needed medical attention- I took her straight to the dr- who glued her chin back together 5 hours after the incident. AGAIN terrible provider would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. At the time I was a younger parent and thought it was the best I could do. TERRIBLE. Do not send your child there.
I have taken my infant to the Early Learning Center (ELC) since she was 3 months old until I could finally get into another daycare (1 year old). They over heat the bottles. I'm told they put the bottles in a "cooling bath" and "sometimes" check the temp of the milk on their wrist. The babies do not have any sort of sleep schedule. ELC puts diapers on TIGHT! When I ask who had my baby that day, they all look around and say "I'm not sure". This place is a joke.
