The ratings did not go lower than 1 star but it would have been 0 if it were possible. My grandbaby was injured while here only for 1 week! The school never notified us of the injury and once it was identified the Director denied it. They are required by licensure to file an incident report which they did not. If you love your children DO NOT SEND THEM HERE especially if they are young and cannot speak yet to tell you what happened to them. I believe the injury was due to neglect. Looking at the data this daycare has had numerous reports to the state!
My 8 month old goes to this school, she has been there since 8 weeks old. I am extremely happy with the quality of care she receives. The teachers and administration are warm and friendly. They keep me informed as to how her day goes, and make me feel as if they are truly "caregivers" not just someone watching my baby. I will continue to keep her enrolled in this preschool until she is able to move to elementary.
