I have used this provider for more than 6 months

ALL I HAVE TO SAY IF YOU CHILD CRIES WHEN IS BEING DROPPED OFF HE/SHE IS GETTING PHYSICALLY ABUSED!!!!

First of I want to start by saying that this people at this daycare are LIERS. They will welcome you with a happy face but once those doors are close God forbid how they treat the kids. My kids and my grandson were there for about 4 yrs, with employees coming and going. I could tell when a good person was hired to take care/teach them because they were happy, didn’t cry, when leaving them. On the 14th of October was my kids last day, when I asked my 4 yr old if anybody was hitting him at daycare because I had notice ever since the 2 ladies that were there had quit and my 2 yr old started crying as soon as we enter the parking lot. That happened several days but I thought maybe it was because of the change until one day I saw his little face of fear when I was leaving him. So that day I asked my 4 yr old and He immediately answered with a yes when I asked him if anybody was hitting him and I thought he was going to say another child but he right away said MRS. LOLA which is the owner of the daycare. I asked him why she hit him and he said because he had hit one of his friends and that MRS. Lola hit him on the head. I started to call people that use to work there and asked them why they had quit. Also called some parents and they were having the same issue with their kids crying when seeing they were getting dropped off. Comes to find out that this lady will tell her employees to not write any incident reports that if they saw something they weren’t allowed to tell the parents. They weren’t allowed to tell the parents if any kid was not learning or not that if child needed to work on something. They always had to tell the parent that their kid was doing great. Also by that same employee I found out that at times MRS. Lola would pick up the kids in a wrong way and no wonder when my kids were little they would come home with bruises on their body and I would ask about it and she would always say that she didn’t know that maybe it was when they were playing around. My grandson would get home with a bruised eye and same thing no explanation on what happened. This lady has employees working that are not certified and puts up to 17 kids in a class room with only one person to take care of them. When my son had gotten Covid she was upset because she had to close that class room and she said to next time don’t tell the health department or anybody because they always made a big deal. This lady only cares about money and not the well being of our kids. Playground is not even safe, she has and old fence that can easily be open, no shade for the kids playground so your kid will be playing in the straight sun. SO PLEASE IF YOUR CHILD CRIES WHEN IS LEFT IN THIS DAYCARE SOMETHING IS WRONG. This my grandson when he came home with bruised eye.
