I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Please be informed that this provider transports her children to and from school and activities with not enough seat belts for everyone in the vehicle she drives. This is not safe for your child. I have contacted the proper invidual about it, so hopefully it will get taken care of. Very unsafe.
