I didn’t want to believe what I was seeing but the more I came in, the more I saw heard and cried about. I can point out maybe 3 staff members that smile and have respect but everyone at the front desk is rude. I’ve had payment issues, my 2yr old child has come home with unexplained marks and bruises, my 4 year is not learning anything .I finally took them out but I’m afraid for the other children. DCF seems to turn a blind eye I wonder if the owner pays the inspector I mean he travels so much I know he has the money to. It’s a shame

Where do I start. . . Horrible experience, Every week it's something new. My daughter diapers, wipes, pacifier, and Most expensively whole cans of milk come up missing. Even bringing in copy's of receipts! Does management replace them, of course not. Insteads offers a argument or debate. After speaking with staff an finding that what was stated was true still no reimbursement. The list goes on, Payments for child care not recorded correctly! Food that is on the menu not actually served or Stored properly until feeding. A simple apology goes a long way, Never have I received one without a full cover-up first!!! Only positive is that my 3yr teacher is amazing and Truly cares, Just management needs to learn Customer service and Hold her Infant teachers responsible for all incidents and Misfortunes. (Today's Word is Integrity)

I used to go there's when I was younger. I loved going and the employees were very nice even the one that runs it.
