My grandson was enrolled in the school on the first day of school he was sent home for acting out. For several days after that he was also sent home for his behavior. This all took place in the first week. After the first week my daughter was told the school was shut down, not the entire school, just his classroom would be shut down for two weeks due to a child testing positive for Covid 19. I’m not sure if this is a policy excepted by daycare‘s or if this is just a policy for the school. After two weeks of absence my daughter took my grandson back to school where he made it through the entire day only to find out upon pick up she was told he was not welcome to come back. This was the only day he spent the entire day there. They did however see fit to withdraw payment on a prepaid agreement from my daughters checking account. They also withdrew money for the following week after they dismissed him. In addition the employees with the exception of the Director are not formally educated Child Development field. And if all of this isn’t enough trying to explain to a four-year-old why he cannot go back to school is extremely stressful on the child the mother the entire family. Do not put your child through this there are other quality daycare‘s that you can use good luck in your search.
The teacher my son had was wonderful. However, the front desk staff is very rude and it is ridiculously obvious how their primary concern is money. Great teacher, unpleasant staff.
1 year toddler was left alone in classroom for over 15min while others were in playground outside.
Also left child asleep on the floor partially on mat/tile floor as teachers walk around the 1yr old on the floor.
No apologies but excuses that they are too busy from KATHY (Director)

Worst experience ever. They are extremely unprofessional and rude. More than that, this is a money hungry, heartless business. A child care facility should be loving, helpful and friendly. An extension of your home as one would hope from the name. Beware - Home Away From Home is anything but that! I would never recommend any of the locations to anyone. The director, owner and office staff will make your experience a nightmare.
