So far my experience has been more than exceptional! Every morning, the staff member working greets me and asks me for an update as to how my son is doing. When I pick him up in the late afternoon, all feedings, diaper changes and nap times have been documented w/notes as to how he did overall. The staff member who has him in the afternoon is friendly and communicates as to how his day was. The director/owner is awesome! She is forthcoming, helpful and was available to do a tour on our schedule so that we could see the facility prior to enrolling. Overall, I would recommend this facility to all looking!
