We love it here both my boys and my Nice have been going here for a while now! We love the teachers and owners!
<div id="text-show-less-p0" class="text text-show-less" style="display: block;">I was reasonably happy in the beginning. There was a very high turnover rate of employees during the 6 mo. that my child attended. They combined all of the children in the morning (including my infant), a violation of DHS rules. Very inconsistent morning schedule. You never knew which room you were to drop your child off in the morning. When I gave a two week notice to leave the center as requested by the owners. I gave notice on Friday and by Sunday emails started flooding in. 1. My child couldn t come back (they said I said negative things about the center and them on camera) yet they refuse to show proof. Then they refuse to let me do so. They removed the items from the property and said they would mail them; and I was not allowed back on their property. Two weeks later, I haven t received them yet. Lastly, they claim that I have late charges on my account (even though arrangements were made and were never made aware that late fees would be accessed regardless). This only came up as I was leaving the facility. Needless to say, very shady behavior. It s quite obvious that I m a disatisfied customer. I am write this review to mainly make new customers aware of potential problems. Be very cautious when dealing with this center.</div>
