My grand daughter has been crying and not wanting to go to daycare every day for her first week there last week. She said it was hot and she wasn't happy. I went in to pick up my grandson and check out the building. No one asked for ID. I said who I was and was allowed to take my grandson with no other information. I was very unhappy with how dirty the floors are in this facility. Also when I went in, it was 83 degrees. I asked about the air conditioning and pointed out how terribly hot it was in there. I was told the air conditioning had been turned up and maybe they needed to call for maintenance. I am so unhappy I am sick! My grandchildren's other Kindercare was very safe and I was comfortable leaving them there! This one is terrible!
